1. Scope and Application
These Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of paid services from JAY ACADEMY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website, www.jay-academy.net
(the “Site”). These Terms work in conjunction with our main Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
This policy governs the sale of the following services:
- Paid Online Courses
- Accredited Diplomas
- Enterprise Packages (for groups of students)
- One-on-One Tutoring Sessions
By placing an order for any of these services, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.
2. The Ordering Process and Contract Formation
2.1. The Ordering Process
To make a purchase, you will follow these steps:
- Select the desired course, Diploma, or service on our Site.
- Proceed to the secure checkout page.
- Enter your personal details, billing information, and select a payment method.
- You must review and accept these Conditions of Sale and our main Terms and Conditions by ticking the appropriate checkbox before you can complete your purchase.
2.2. Formation of the Contract
The legal contract between you and Jay Academy is formed at different points depending on the service purchased:
- For Paid Courses, Enterprise Packages, and Tutoring: The contract is formed at the moment your payment is successfully processed and we send you a purchase confirmation email.
- For Accredited Diplomas: The contract is formed only after we have reviewed and formally accepted your application or “folder.” Placing an order and making a payment is considered an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject after our verification process. If your application is rejected, you will receive a full refund as detailed in Section 4.
3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
- Currency: All prices for our services are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
- Taxes: Prices displayed on the main pages are exclusive of tax. Any applicable taxes, such as Value Added Tax (VAT), will be calculated based on your location and added to the total amount at the final checkout page.
- Payment: Full payment is required before any service is delivered or access is granted.
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order, which will also serve as your invoice.
4. Delivery of Services
- Digital Content: Access to all digital content and services (Paid Courses, Enterprise Access, Tutoring) is granted immediately after your payment is successfully confirmed. You will receive instructions on how to access your materials via email.
- Accredited Diplomas:
- Verification: After your purchase, your application undergoes a verification process.
- Digital Diploma: If your application is approved, a digital version of your diploma will be issued and sent to you within two (2) business days.
- Physical Diploma: If you purchased a physical diploma, it will be prepared and shipped within two (2) business days of your application’s approval. Shipping times are approximately 2 business days within Morocco and vary for international destinations depending on the shipping courier. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our official Refund and Returns Policy. The key terms are summarized below:
- Paid Courses: Are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, conditional on not exceeding 20% course progress.
- Accredited Diplomas: Are non-refundable once your application has been approved and the digital or physical diploma has been issued or sent for printing. A full refund will be provided if we reject your application during the post-purchase verification process.
- One-on-One Tutoring: Tutoring sessions are refundable only if notice of cancellation is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
- Enterprise Packages: Sales of enterprise packages are final and non-refundable once access has been granted to the group of students.
6. Customer Obligations
By making a purchase, you agree that you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name for certificates and diplomas, and a correct shipping address where applicable.
- Ensuring you have the necessary technical setup (a suitable computer, stable internet connection, etc.) to access and participate in the online services.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, as outlined in our main Terms and Conditions.
